I thought I remembered that you had posted about merigues before, so I looked back to reread that post. I laughed when I read "...look out your window, if it's raining or humid, you can't make meringues." Well, it's pouring and very humid here (I think thanks to Hurricane Ike - even though I live in Michigan!).
