Diary of a Tomato - isn't that cowgirl outfit fabulous? I was drawn to the 45's and the record case, but realized I had nothing to play them on. Second item of interest was that beautiful long silver serving spoon in the case.
oh that flea maket shopping looks like so much fun! Even if you don't purchase much, the looking is easily half the fun. You discovered some pretty great finds!
I'm doing some 'catching up' on your blog. I think that end of summer stuff has put me behind so many things at the moment. Loved your post on Julia and now I'm going to make the soup recipe and that yummy carrot cake in the next few days. (I'm not sure I can find the Portugese sausage, so I probably will have to improvise - but it looks delicious!)
Oh, I had such a lovely time! It's been ages since I just packed up and went exploring. This particular flea market was in Milford, NH.
ReplyDeleteA lovely stash of stuff!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Martha! Had such a good time!
ReplyDeleteI love an outing like that! LOVE.
ReplyDeleteNana - lots more opportunities now that it's September - peak antiquing/fleamarketing time! Delighted you enjoyed!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite past-times! Good for you!
ReplyDeleteMarianne - it's been years since I went to any shows, but now I'm on the lookout for many, many more.
ReplyDeleteI have my eye on that Dale Evans Official Cowgirl Outfit, though the lunchbox is a close second...
