Rain, rain, rain. It's been so cold, and so rainy, that I'm back to hot soups - in this case, my Popeye soup: green, green spinach and arugula soup with lots of hot pepper flakes and a swirl of mustard vinaigrette, leftover from lunch. A swirl of heavy cream would do just as well.

Kat, this one is a winner! I never would have thought of this in spite of my penchant for mustard with spinach usually served with pork. Wow, inspired.

One of these days I'm determined to make pulled pork, but, hay - roasted pork tenderloin sounds pretty darn good as well. In which case, I will definitely try your garnish.
