You've presented them so prettily:) Thank you.
Thanks, Nana! I spent an hour trying to do the dark blue clickable link and finally gave up. I dream of the day my blog might be as gorgeous as yours is:)
i've always found making gougere so intimating. but look at yours, so beautiful and sounds pretty easy to come up with!
good job!
Thanks, lululu! I'm just delighted to show folks that making gougeres is not difficult. And tasty? Yes, indeed!
Great addition to any menu!
Beautiful color/brwoning in these rolls--great they may be frozen ahead as well!
Thanks, Maria! I think so - these both are tried, true, and beloved on my table and I never get tired of them. Can't wait for Turkey Day!
Glad you enjoyed the rolls and gougeres, Table Talk. The Portuguese Flour rolls will not have that thin crispy shell like they do straight out of the oven, if you freeze them, but still moist and fluffy. SO good.
OH Katrina, your rolls are gorgeous and sound so good!
BTW, love your pink cupcake on your Profile Picture.
Hi Michelle! We seem to be on opposite schedules lately on Twitter - sorry, I miss you!
I think you'll like these rolls, and I do remember you're picky about good bread.
Jeez - that cupcake needs a re-do this year, but thanks for the admiration!
Thank you, Amanda! Happy you enjoyed these delightful rolls ~
